Driver Job Duties:
- Drives safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Keeps company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
- Communicates with carers by phone to update them of time of pickup if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
- Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
- Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule
- Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient arrivals on time

Job Description –Admin. Assistant
(Minimum 1 Year experience)
Responsible to:Director, Business Manager and Quality Assurance Manager
Main Purpose of the Role:
To work within a team in a reliable and professional manner.
To ensure all clerical duties are completed and to help make the senior members of staff workload manageable by maintaining all administrative roles.

Managing staff Rota
Update all records on a regular basis for both service users and staff including all addresses, key safes and contact details.
Complete all invoicing on a monthly basis and chase up all outstanding invoices.
Place orders for all PPE equipment and stationary.
Print off all sheets that are needed on a regular basis.
Organise interviews and complete all diary management.
Be point of contact for staff and service users via email and telephone.
Organise training.
Keep all staff files up to date.
Complete all filing, faxing and copying.
Update all in house software daily.
Record messages for staff in office.
Make up new staff files.
Complete inductions with all new members of staff including moving handling DVD.
Keep service users hours, changes and cancellations up to date in specific book.
Record all communication.
Manage holiday chart and Sickness records.
Print of starter packs for all new staff.
Send out all post.
Compose all letter writing.
Answer all telephone calls.
Keep details of DBS payments and applications for all new starters.
Send out references for new starters.
Add up all timesheets on a regular basis.
Make sheet of total staff hours on a weekly basis ready for wages.
Collect and open all post that is not confidential.
Sign off and receipt all cash transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Supporting clients with personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Ability to use moving and handling equipment such as hoists.
- Assisting clients by serving food and feeding at meal times.
- Senior Carers will be expected to administer medication.
- Cleaning duties including ironing, hoovering and laundry will be required especially on nights.
- Organizing and facilitating activities.
- Occasionally liaising with external agencies
Qualifications and Skills
Experience is not essential as we provide full training however, to be successful you must:
Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure
Provide evidence to confirm your right to work in the UK
Be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
